Connected!

We are part of a much larger organisation, that is dedicated to meeting and bringing new believers into our congregation. We would love to see you in our numbers on the Sabbath.

We are delighted when new people come to see us with their families, and encourage everyone to visit us - contact us now so that we can greet you at our church next Sabbath, and offer you a fellowship that you will enjoy every Sabbath with Wakefield Seventh-day Adventists.

Working to promote the word of our lord

We operate our church from week to week, praying for more people to understand the word of God, and to give their lives to Jesus. Joining our church will bring enlightenment, and will answer those questions people have about the Bible, what the kingdom of Heaven is, and how we can obtain everlasting life through the faith that so many people seem to have lost these days. We are on hand to help you integrate into our church, and to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to seeing you here at some stage, and to ensure you have the beautiful experience that Sabbath worship brings.

This page gives essential contact information, and gives you an idea of how our church is run, with pastoral support from the Seventh-day Adventist General Conference.

three angels' messages

First Angel's Message

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Revelation 14:6-7 (KJV)

Second Angel's Message

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Revelation 14:8 (KJV)

Third Angel's Message

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Revelation 14:9-12 (KJV)
